Clones St Tiarnach's GAA Club

Coaching starts up again on Wednesday 20th January for the first of five nights in St Tiarnach’s Primary School.

Under 8s (boys & girls born in 2002, 2003 or 2004) are from 6:30 to 7:30. Coaches are asked to be there at 6:15.

Under 12s (boys & girls born 1998, 1999, 2000 or 2001) are from 7:45 from 8:45. Coaches are asked to be there at 7:30.

Week 3 of the Winter Coaching Program takes place on Wednesday 18th November in St Tiarnach’s Primary School.

This week’s Coaching will be reduced to one hour each session, due to the soccer match. So the schedule is as follows:

Under 10s & 12s (those born from 1997 to 2000) are from 7:15pm to 8:15pm.

A training session for parents takes place tonight (Wednesday) from 7:30 to 9pm in St Tiarnach’s Primary School. Coaches from Monaghan County Board will show us some of the drills and games we will be doing over the next few weeks. All parents and other coaches are invited to attend.

We are launching our winter coaching program this Wednesday (14th) at 7pm in St Tiarnach’s Primary School. This program will cater for boys and girls aged from 5 to 12. Monaghan County Board are assisting us as part of a pilot scheme to introduce a similar system into every club in Monaghan. In order to make a success of this, we need as many volunteers as possible to help us out for (at least) one Wednesday evening between 28th Ochtober and 25th November. The Under 10s play in the blitz in Truagh this Saturday. Players to be at Coyle’s for 8:50am to get bus.

Under 8s play Go-Games in St Tiarnach’s Park this Saturday. Players to be at the pitch for 11am.

Coaching for juveniles takes place on Saturday from 10 to 11:30. All parents are welcome to come along and help out. The more adults that are there, the better the session will be for the kids.
