The Under 10s are taking part in a Go- Games (9-a-side football) blitz in Aughnamullen this Saturday from 10 to 12. We hope to take around 22 players to this and we will need some parents to drive. Please text John at 0863780515 with Child’s name to confirm availability. If available to drive, please also let me know how many kids you can take. We will be leaving from Coyle’s field at 9am and should return around 12:45pm.

A Coaching Session will take place on Thursday from 7 to 8 at Coyle’s for this group only.

Coaching and Go-Games for all boys and girls born in 2000 and later takes place this Wednesday at Coyle’s from 7 to 8:15. All parents are asked to come along and help out. We had a great turn out of almost 50 kids last week and the more parents we have there, the better.

A meeting of the Juvenile committee takes place this evening at 8:30pm in the Lennard.

Clones had another very convincing win against Toome. The fast pacy football continues to catch teams out and the flurry of goals left Toome with no answers.

Team: Ciaran Morgan, Connolly, Declan McQuaid, John Jenkins, Danny Rooney (0-1), John McDonald, Darragh Holland (0-02), Fintan Kelly (0-01), Ross Adamson, Adrian Alford (0-03), Eoin Kelly, Colm Connolly (0-03), Kieran Kierans (0-01), Declan McKernan, Edward Treanor (1-0) Subs: Colin McCaughey, Darragh Graham, Eugene Holland, Ciaran Kelly, Patrick McCarville.

Clones got this season off to a great start with an excellent all round performance away to local rivals Killeevan. The Killeevan team were somewhat depleted through injury. A pacy and accurate Clones team were hard to stop. They take on Toome next, away on Sunday.
